iPhone’s voice navigation Siri recently added Japanese support. Japan’s largest telco NTT Docomo had released Android app “Shabette Concier”(or “Konsheru” from Japanese notation, abbrev of concierge) on March 1, just before the Siri Japanese launch.

More of the watchers’ impressions tells Docomo’s one work better. Some commented to want Apple to improve it to the same level as in English.
It is still possible that this person had chosen phrases which Docomo’s one gives back better result faster.
