    You may turn off comments display by button on the bottom.

    If you mean to erase a certain comment, the service itself does not have it. It is an anonymous comment anyway. If it is about privacy and/or discrimination, you may consult at the forum.http://bbs.nicovideo.jp/delete/comment/

    On the top right of each video page, there is a box having the uploader icon and name, which is clickable.
