Nekostagram (neko = cat in Japanese) is a simple web service which only shows cat photos from Instagram. The service was developed [J] by a Japanese Ruby developer @ruedap, uses official Instagram API on Ruby framework Sinatra.
It runs on free plan on Heroku hosting service, and seems down by rush of visitors.
