When Softbank will exercise all option, it will be the lead investor with over 30%.<br \/>\nYesterday, Softbank <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softbank.co.jp\/en\/irinfo\/library\/vod\/index.html\">announced that they would broadcast<\/a> their third quoter results report over several different channels like follows,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Softbank Website<\/li>\n<li>Yahoo! Japan&#8217;s BB Broadcast (only mentioned in Japanese, could be restricted inside Japan)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/SoftBankCorp\/Live\">Twitter<\/a> (hashtag #sbIR3Q)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ustream.tv\/SoftBankCorp-Eng\">Ustream<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/jp\/app\/ustream-viewing-application\/id301520250?mt=8\">dedicated free iPhone viewer<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mbdl.tv-bank.com\/y\/img\/live\/index.html\">Cellphone broadcast<\/a> (only mentioned in Japanese, sounds like only in Japan)<\/li>\n<li>Cellphone (Toll free from Japan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/img.asiajin.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/ustream-logo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/img.asiajin.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/ustream-logo.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"ustream-logo\" width=\"165\" height=\"42\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7470\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nWhen I saw this announcement, I wonder why Softbank added two new channels, Twitter and Ustream, which they did not use at former broadcast. Especially Ustream, because Softbank has Yahoo! BB Broadcast and some other broadcast services they can use.
