Now, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Liberal_Democratic_Party_%28Japan%29\">Liberal Democratic Party<\/a>&#8216;s <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sanae_Takaichi\">Sanae Takaichi<\/a> is preparing to pass an Internet censorship law.<br \/>\nNow several groups are acting against the legislation.<br \/>\nMicrosoft, Yahoo, Rakuten, DeNA, and NetStar made an official statement against the legislation. One of the leaders of this action is Masanori Kusunoki (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/masanork\">@masanork<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/d.hatena.ne.jp\/mkusunok\/\">mkusunok<\/a> at hatena, both in JP), a deputy CTO of Microsoft KK.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/miau.jp\/\">MiAU<\/a> (JP) (Movement for the Internet Active Users) is a vocal political NPO acting against the abuse of copyrights and Internet censorship. They are acting against the law too.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wide.ad.jp\/index.html\">WIDE project<\/a> made <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wide.ad.jp\/news\/press\/20080429-e.html\">a statement in English<\/a> too.
