In other words, nearly a third of Japan&#8217;s online population has an account, which is pretty amazing.<br \/>\nAnother interesting tidbit of information is that Nico Nico has 1.69 million premium members who pay 525 Yen (US$6.70) per month for advanced features, for example better video quality:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/asiajin.com\/blog\/2012\/08\/11\/nico-nico-douga-28-million-users\/nico-nico\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-17960\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17960\" title=\"nico nico\" src=\"http:\/\/img.asiajin.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/nico-nico-600x433.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"433\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nHere are more details about who is actually using Nico Nico.
